Shipping Coverage

We deliver across all major cities and towns in India. If your location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our team will contact you with possible alternatives.

Shipping Charges

  • Mattress, being expensive and delicate, we need to take special care for it to reach your doorstep, for that we charge a nominal delivery fees so that you dont have to worry about the delivery hassle.

  • Heavy mattresses require more than one person to get upstairs so you might have to provide helpers to get it wherever you want.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Mattresses: Dispatched within 2–5 business days, delivered within 7–12 business days depending on your location and the brand.

  • Accessories (pillows, protectors, etc.): Dispatched in 1–3 business days, delivered within 4–8 business days.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: May take up to 10–14 business days for delivery.

We will keep you updated via email/SMS/whatsapp with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We work with reliable logistics partners who specialize in handling large-size items safely.

Receiving Your Order

  • Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If you notice any damage or tampering, mention it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

  • In case of a failed delivery attempt, our delivery partner will reach out to reschedule.
