Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange under the following conditions:

-The mattress is damaged or defective on delivery, with the transporter sign, and immediate proof at hand

-You receive the wrong product.
-The product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within the applicable return window.

Exchange Window
-Mattresses: 5-10 days from the date of delivery, depending on the brand's individual trial or return policy.
-Accessories (pillows, protectors, etc.): 7 days from delivery. These must be unused and sealed.

Non-Exchangeable Items
-Products that have been used, stained, or soiled.
-Customized or made-to-order mattresses.
-Clearance or final-sale items.
-Products without original packaging.

Exchange Process
-Initiate Request: Email us at info@mattressforhome.com within the exchange window with your order number and reason for exchange.
-Verification: Our team will schedule a pickup and inspect the product.
-Approval: Once verified, we will initiate the exchange
-Timeline: Exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Important Notes
-Exchange shipping is free in case of defects or delivery errors. For other reasons, a nominal pickup fee may apply.
-Refunds will be subject to brand-specific policies, including any trial periods.
-We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
