-The mattress is damaged or defective on delivery, with the transporter sign, and immediate proof at hand

-Mattresses: 5-10 days from the date of delivery, depending on the brand's individual trial or return policy.
-Accessories (pillows, protectors, etc.): 7 days from delivery. These must be unused and sealed.
